I am a Derby based Nutritional Consultant, I am also a trained Personal Trainer, Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor, Massage Therapist and Health Practitioner, so I can assist you in many ways. The primary focus of my research and work is Nutritional Consultancy and I am available in the UK on a 1:1 basis, and globally via email and phone consultation. I'm also a Trials Rider, Mountain-Biker and a prominent Health Blogger/Presenter.

They've eaten the bare minimum, gone low fat, low calorie, low carb or just low everything using willpower to help them avoid food and lead a miserable life.
